Voisin-Hunter Ltd administer a large portfolio of properties within the Social Housing sector on behalf of both Les Vaux Housing Trust and CTJ Housing Trust. Both Housing Trusts are non-profit organisations with the main objective of providing affordable residential housing in Jersey.
Les Vaux Housing Trust has been under our management since the Trust’s formation in 1989. Since this time the Trust has expanded its portfolio significantly and we now manage in excess of 360 properties across the Island on behalf of the Trust.
We took on the additional management of CTJ Housing Trust in May 2009. CTJ was formed in 1996 and currently has in excess of 143 properties across the Island.
The Housing Trusts are each run by a board of Trustees, all of whom are professional people who give their time voluntarily. Further information about both Housing Trusts can be found on their websites, the links to which can be found on our Links page.
Nikita Hall heads up the management of both Housing Trusts along with an additional property manager and support staff.
